Born in Milan on October 8, 1968, after his studies and a first work experience of a few years in the world of communication and congress travel, from 1992 to 1999 he played the role of CEO and Client Director of a company of events, incentive travels, and congresses. In 2000, together with two partners, he founded Sinergie in which he has always played the role of CEO and COO. Since the listing, he has been CEO of the Issuer.
In the BEA 2018 edition (Best Event Award) he is awarded as “Best Event Manager” with the mention of the Jury “for his commitment to giving a vision and an industrial approach to live communication and, in general, to integrated communication. He is the promoter of SG Company, the first Italian company in the world of integrated communication to have completed the complete process of certification and listing on the stock exchange, and has been the architect of a virtuous evolutionary path, built during a story that began in 2000. A clear vision of the short, medium, and long term together with the ability to have put in place the right skills and people in key roles, ensuring the Group the ability to keep up to date with market changes, make Davide Verdesca a well-rounded manager and in many ways unique in the panorama of communication”.
In 2020, he joins the Board of Directors of the AssoAIM Association with responsibility for non-institutional communications.
Born in Milan on 25 August 1971. After completing a master’s degree in Communication and Event Organisation at the Politecnico del Commercio in Milan, he held the Project Leader position in the company MZ Congressi. From 1993 to 2000 he was Project Leader at MGR (now AIM Group), a leader in medical congresses organization in Italy and abroad. In 2000 he founded Sinergie S.r.l. with two partners (including Davide Verdesca) and currently holds the position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors, responsible for the General Services of the Issuer.
CFO and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the financial world, Francesco Merone has worked for both owner-operated and listed SMEs and international consulting firms. He believes that corporate organization and governance development at all levels of the company is fundamental. His path is focused on the finance side but in recent years he has increasingly tried in other areas of the company. Francesco has managed numerous structural and system implementations, strengthening his know-how both in Information Technology and in Human Resources, through the management of several HR departments. Among his most significant experiences, he has been Finance Manager in Dasit Group, Manager in PwC and CFO in Polti S.p.A. Francesco has held the CFO position both in master companies such as in Polti S.p.A. and Consonni International Contract and in AIM-listed companies such as Clabo S.p.A. and Casta Diva Group SpA (where he was also General Manager). In 2019, he founded the Innovative SME Sailon Srl dedicated to supporting SMEs interested in an AIM development and listing path. Francesco holds the role of CFO of the Issuer of which he is also Investor Relator.
Melchioni is a chartered accountant and comes from various management and board member experiences in multinational and listed companies. She spent several years with the Wpp group, where she held the positions of general manager and CEO of Lorien Consulting, also managing international projects. Previously, within the Askanews agency, she also gained expertise in digital communication and media relations. She currently works at Ipsos Italia, in the team led by Nando Pagnoncelli, in the public affairs and corporate reputation area.
Born in Reggio Calabria on 18 October 1972, he graduated in Political Economy at Bocconi University in Milan. After several academic experiences as a professor, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Policy Analysis and Public Management of Bocconi University in Milan since 2009. He was Visiting Professor, inter alia, at Paris School of Economics (Panthéon-Sorbonne) in February 2010 and Visiting Researcher at the European Central Bank from 2012 to 2015 and at London School of Economics from 2015 to 2016. He has held numerous positions at national institutions, such as the Ministry of Economic Development as Member of the Working Table for the reform of Italian industrial policy in 2014 and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as Member of the Committee of Economic Policy Experts from 2015 to 2016, as well as at international institutions, such as, inter alia, United Nations (Geneva) as Consultant for the Division on International Investment and Enterprise of UNCTAD and European Central Bank (Frankfurt) as Scientific Advisor of the Competitiveness Research Network from 2012 to 2015. He has also supervised numerous national and international research projects and is the author of several scientific publications.
